Peer presents the innovative mobile software "mixare"

Thanks to modern smart-phones, the internet is going mobile. Some of the latest mobiles can be applied as “augmented reality” terminal devices. For Android mobile devices (GooglePhone, Motorola Milestone, HTC Hero etc.), Peer presented the open source platform “mixare” at the Bolzano TIS Innovation Park on March 18, 2010.

The video below shows you how “mixare” works, using the example of the app “suedtirolerland.it”, which is available for free for android mobile devices, presenting the geological data of the identically-named tourism portal. By the way, under “hotels” all members of Peer tourism portals are automatically connected for free in this application.
